I dont care if Im spending $30 or $1000, I EXPECT good Customer Service! I started not to come back to this location, but Im glad I did because I was serviced by Tiffany who made my experience better! Tiffany even apologized for the rude service I experienced.

Each time Ive been at this location the staff is polite, friendly and professional. I knew then if I came back, I would NOT allow him to service me. I dont care how much you dont like the product, dont speak badly about it because You (Tim) dont like it. Not a good sales person for the product especially to a first time buyer. Instead he wanted to show my a gun HE preferred. I asked to see a specific handgun I shot a while back, instead of simply saying the gun was out of stock, he went on to say how awful the gun was would NEVER buy it. Let me say he is very rude and unprofessional. Whereas my experience a couple of weeks ago with Rude Tim. Her passion for the guns and it wasnt something she was carrying at the time. This was a S&W MP EZ! Tiffany took the time to explain the difference of the firearms which is what sold me. I explained I wanted something I can handle that would be easy for me. Tiffany watched me as I struggled with the S&W MP Shield, she told me to rack the second firearm. Doing this would determine what would be the best firearm to me. She explained the point of the test and simply asked me to rack the guns.
